 Tasting Notes: Heady floral aromas of melon, pear, apricot and nectarine, give way to flavors of fig, ripe melons, and bright lemon peel. Lush fruit flavors on the mid-palate are complemented by classic slate minerality, all framed in crisp, refreshing natural acidity. The lingering finish is reminiscent of peaches and pineapple, and the memory of carefree days. Here together again are our three Zinfandels, each one distinct, each one holding its rightful place in the universe. For Friday, we offer our Temptation Zin. Approachable, easy-going, the kind of wine perfect for ending the work week. For Saturday, there is Sin Zin. AVV's signature Zin, arguably our best known wine, offers flavors of boysenberry, wild strawberry and spice. To end your wicked weekend, there is Redemption Zin, our bold yet elegant Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel, a wine that has saved many souls and sustained countless dinners.

Tasting Notes
A distinct craft Shochu - think Japanese style vodka only more dynamic. TOMBO is distilled from barley and white koji offering a lush grain aroma followed by hints of pear and citrus flavors accented by tropical spice. The finish is clean and long with notes of spice, steel and green olive.
